  • New Clients

    If this is your first visit, please send a clear photo of your eyes (with no makeup) to +1 (437) 673-9394 - prior to your appointment. This helps us prepare and offer the best consultation tailored to your lash needs.

  • Before Your Appointment

    Do not wear eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow). Makeup residue can interfere with lash adhesion and reduce the longevity of your extensions.

    Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best bond and a longer-lasting set.

  • Fills / Refills

    To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 40-60% of your eyelash extensions remaining.

    If you have less than 40%, please book a removal and full set to achieve the best results and lash health.
